The Metric HD Fitting ST is a heavy-duty straight hydraulic hose fitting designed for high-pressure applications. It features a metric male thread on one end and a hose tail for direct crimping on hydraulic hoses on the other, providing a reliable and leak-proof connection. The fitting is available in multiple material grades, including SS 316, SS 316L, SS 304, SS 304L, EN8, and Mild Steel (MS), ensuring compatibility with diverse hydraulic systems and environments. The sealing is achieved using a 24° cone with O-ring, providing excellent pressure resistance and vibration stability. It supports metric threads from M16×1.5 to M52×2 and a range of hose bores (DN6 to DN38), making it versatile for various hose assemblies. Designed as part of the Metric HD (Heavy Duty) series, it conforms to DIN 2353 and ISO 8434-1 standards, ensuring quality and compatibility.
