ORFS Female Flat Seat

The ORFS Female Flat Seat fitting is designed for high-pressure hydraulic applications where leak-free performance and reliability are essential. It features a flat sealing surface with an O-ring that mates against a corresponding male fitting face, ensuring a secure and vibration-resistant seal without the need for additional sealants. This design provides excellent resistance to over-tightening, thermal cycling, and high-pressure pulsations. ORFS connections are widely used in modern hydraulic systems for construction, mobile, and industrial machinery due to their superior sealing capability and ease of assembly. Available in multiple material grades to suit different applications and environments, including: SS 316 / SS 316L – for superior corrosion resistance in marine and chemical industries. SS 304 / SS 304L – for general-purpose hydraulic and pneumatic systems. MS (Mild Steel) and EN8 – for standard industrial and mobile hydraulic systems. All fittings are precision-machined, with zinc-plated or passivated finishes to prevent corrosion and extend service life. Note: Available sizes range from ¼" to 2" (DN 6 to DN 50). Designed for use with ORFS Male Flat Face fittings as per SAE J1453. Custom configurations and material grades available upon request.
